Call these guys first. I was on the tail end of road trip heading back to Toronto. My chain drive was noticeably loose and needed attention. Knowing I would be in North Bay on my last last night, the day before I called a number of shops in North Bay. the service dept at North Bay Cycle Cycle and Sports said they were very busy but if I stopped by in the morning they could help. Got there at 8:30 when they opened and was greeted by some super nice staff, had the bike in the shop at 8:35 A couple of nice conversations with the guys in service, and was on the road by 8:45, (No lie). ANd the crazy thing is when I went to pay the bill, I was told No Charge". WOW! How often does that happen? Rode off with a big smile on my face. These guys ROCK.Thank you

I took my bike there for the clutch and brake fluid to be changed. There was a miscommunication about the work to be done. As a result of this, it was not all completed when I came back to pick it up. Although they were busy they did the rest of the work while I waited. Very impressed thank-you.

The staff here is so nice and friendly. I brought in my bike, and I asked them to make sure everything was good on it top to bottom for my kids and I. They did what they needed to, and provided amazing work. They didn't over state things which they could have easily done I wouldn't have known the difference. They care about their customers, their service is fast and clean. I highly recommend here. I'll continue to come yearly for top to bottom services!Great quality work and attitudes.

I brought my 4 wheeler there last year, it stayed outside all summer for a quick tune up. Received it in September started and broke down. I called and brought it back to repair and never looked at it. Gave me the keys and I have to tow my 4 wheeler myself in the trailer. A client came and help me. The worse experience ever! I will never go back again!

I Will never buy anything here again, I bought a Honda EU2200i generator 3 weeks ago. After 1.5 week of use it kept shutting down, I called and they told me to bring it in, which I did service guys looked at it said there was a tiny little droplet of water in the carburetor that was the problem. Ok they charged me about $125 to drain and refill the tank and an oil change that I requested. Took the generator ran all night next morning it stalled again, tried it again after a few hours it stalled again. This is the 3rd Honda inverted generator I have owned,never had issues ever with water or anything else for that matter, was also told by the service guy to not run the generator in ECO mode??!! Really why would I run it on full throttle to run a LED light?? Why does it have eco mode if it's not recommended to use?? So I called in again, was told by (Darrell) I believe the sales man name was to bring it in again so their service guys can look at it again. I told him that I just had it in and I wasn't going to keep bringing it in every week to have service look at it, it is a 2.5 week old generator I want a replacement period as there shouldn't be stalling issues with a brand new unit, you, I was told he can't help me with that as it's a call the manager Gary needs to make. Of course Gary was busy with a customer at this time and he will get back to me, this was 6 days ago and I have still yet to hear back from Gary. Awful customer service, I'm a small business owner myself and I would never treat my customers in this manner.***BUYERS BEWARE***They are friendly and helpful till they have your money and after that you don't even get the courtesy of a phone call back from the manager. Very shady way to treat customers.

Recently I started taking my 2 mountain sleds to North Bay Cycle & Sports as I was not pleased with some of the other dealers close to home. They have been very professional, helpful and do what they say they are going to do. They are now my new go to dealer. Shoutout to John in Service, he has been thorough, knowledgeable, and has provided great customer service. Thank you!

Bought a new polaris snowmobile locally and went to North Bay for a week riding. The second day, the machine went down. I called service to see if they could repair it, but was told there booking a week out.I then convinced the service guy to let me bring the machine there so they could find the problem and see if it was a simple issue( missing or loose bolt) or a major one.(bearing' drive shaft or clutch) when i got there the service guys came out and were looking it over and weren't sure where the problem was until their mechanic Tom (i think that's his name) came out tipped machine and seen oil leaking out of the chain case. Then, out of everyone's surprise, he said, Bring it into the shop

The guys over at north bay cycle have been great. The service department has been amazing. They work hard for the customer and stand behind their warranty. I will definitely be buy my next bike through these guys
