We once paid for a hot tub here and it was late being delivered.The owner had us come in and wanted to have us 300$ off a hot pink one.The one we paid for went to his store in MB.We declined and said we want the one we paid for thanks. They did have a good service team and the warranty was good on our new jacuzzi.

I purchased a hot tub from them and they were nothing but amazing. They greeted me when I walked in and made me feel so welcomed. Cassandra helped me pick out a hot tub and answered all my questions. They installed and set up my hot tub and are always available when I call with questions about my hot tub. I highly recommend this place everyone in there is very Helpfully.

I brought a Jacuzzi J480 hot tub about 10 years ago and have always been very happy with both the tub itself, and the service. Cassandra was always more than fair and great to deal with. it is not often nowadays that I find customer service exceeds my expectations. Premium Home Leisure is one of the few exceptions. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know that are in the market for a hot tub.

A zero rating. I stopped in to look at bbqs and ended up walking out with a 200+$ wireless Bluetooth speaker. The brand was Nyne, it was highly recommended by one of the sales people, and I was talked into buying it, with warranty. Because it was loud and had very good range. Well the speaker lasted less then a year, and it wouldn't hold a charge, even plugged in, it was hit or miss for a wireless connection...I took it back with the original box and receipt. I walked in and was greated by a salesman, I explained the situation and he told me there was nothing he could do because they no longer sell those units.I feel ripped off. They obviously knew they weren't going to carry this product any longer. They should have made it clear that there was no return policy and I should have been offered the system at a discount knowing that.I will not be a returning customer.
