I went into Legacy without much hope of purchasing due to past experience. My husband and I met with Jeff and a short time later I walked out a proud owner of a new Jeep Compass. Jeff is very passionate about his job and is there for his customers even after you walk out with the keys in hand. we have purchased a Ram 1500 and a Mini Cooper from Jeff Bachelor and both experiences were great, Jeff is very respectful and listens to you when you are trying to let him know what you want and by listening he hit the nail right on the head with not one vehicle but 2 vehicles the mini we approached Jeff looking for one and he did not give up and had a 2018 mini cooper arrive and called us right away and after seeing the vehicle we knew right away it was ours. If we purchase another vehicle it will be through Jeff and we will refer Jeff to our friends family and anybody we talk to, thanks again Jeff awesome dealing with you.

Honestly I was skeptical about buying a vehicle from here initially but I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone treated me and my wife so good. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into buying anything or even up-sell to a bigger more expensive vehicle. Erik in sales listened to what we are looking for in vehicle and we found the right one.Chris in finance was so awesome. We never got the classic finance experience when you go in the back and they try to pressure you into buying every warranty under the sun. He just explained all the options and listed to full price for each one in detail and said something I’ve never heard anyone say to me at a dealership before in my life and said “ now that I’ve presented these options would you like me to leave so you and your wife can discuss this in private?” There was no pressure to buy anything.Mike Brown the GM was so nice and checked in a few times with us to ensure we were happy and that we felt that we got a good deal. He ensured we got a great value on our trade in. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

Kennedy is amazing!! She helped us even when we changed our minds last minute. She was available via sms at all hours to answer all our questions. She even didn't bat a eye when our kid spilled coffee on her important paperwork. We're very happy with our new vehicle. Would definitely be happy to deal with Kennedy in the future.
