Mary Brown's Chicken

This location has been good all the times that I've visited. Service is decent and atmosphere is what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The main thing is the food is prepared in a quality manner. Keep up the good work

I ordered 3 piece chicken combo & i paid for it. I came home & realised its not what i ordered. I don’t how the girl in the chicken decided by herself to give me 2 pieces with an extra side which I didn’t ordered. The girl at the front even asked that it’s 2 pieces but the other girl said no its 3.All im saying is you cannot decide what you want to give to the customer, you have to deliver what customer paid for.

So happy for this second MB location in Milton - much more accessible and central to everything. So far, we’ve always had great food and service here. Multiple employees we’ve interacted with have been really friendly from the moment we enter. The chicken has been to the MB standard that I expect….so good! Please keep up the good work at this location!

The workers clearly don't know how to confirm orders. I placed an ordered to be delivered in the evening and they confirmed it and 10 mins before delivery they called to tell me they couldn't offer the product. when asked to provide a return. they told me they didn't know how to. The manager and supervisor need to train their workers properly before placing them in front of customers.

The 5 piece chicken tenders were the size of chicken nuggets and we’re so dry, I never experienced this at any other Mary browns location, also the guy in the front with glasses asked me if I’m the Nabil who left a bad review, it wasn’t me, but now I am another person named Nabil writing one. Take note: don’t ask your customers if they left a bad review just because they have the same name as another individual

We went there pretty late just to try the new place(we always go to the other Merry brown location in Milton)and I must admit the lady at the front desk was pretty amazing. She patiently waited till we both decided what should we get ( it was only 10min left till they close)The chicken and sandwiches were both equally amazing but the best part is the dipping sauces. We tried popcorn chicken too… the flavour was good specially with the dipping sauce.

I made an order online today on Mary Brown's website for delivery, it came from this branch and it was missing a regular chicken pop-ins, I called them to tell them about that, and the lady who answered me repeated like 3 or 4 times that she reviewed the order and she is sure she put it there, I said I understand but I eventually did not receive it, I said it could be the driver's mistake or whoever, I spent 8 min. as if they trying to say indirectly I'm lying because they reviewed the order and they sure it was there!Then the store manager got on the call repeating the same thing, at the end of the call she said we will compensate you for that but you come and pick it up from the store.That is a total waste of time and offensive to try to prove they are right and I'm wrong.

I went in the evening. Extremely unprofessional. Fries were completely cold and sandwich had too much chilli powder.The dipping sauces are free across all Mary Browns. However, the woman working at the front stated, it comes with the combo but I'll give it for free".Not coming back here again."

Excellent greeting, ordered, asked to wait comfortably on chairs. Received our order, and left.Got home, 13pc chicken meal, 5 were wings, no thighs.Chicken was delicious. A little dissatisfied with variety of pieces.

I've been in several times. I've always experienced consistent, friendly service, and fresh food. I'm not calling some of the other reviews false, but it has been my experience on shockingly half my visits, there were very rude and condescending customers that would be difficult for anyone to deal with in any professional setting. Be better Milton!
