After googling many companies, I'm very happy to have chosen Quality Potlight. Everything was excellent; the communication with Dana, the professionalism, and especially the quality of work. I am very grateful, thank you.

I have just had Quality Potlight install soffit lighting, interior potlights, and a light fixture in my livingroom. This is the second time I've had them do work for me. Just like last time, I found them to once again be extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were once again very customer-oriented throughout the planning process, providing advise on things I might want to consider, but also advising against some things I had asked for but didn't really need. Dana was very accommodating (and patient...Thank you Dana) as I made my final decisions about what was to be done.On the day of the appointment, it was extremely foggy, and I was concerned they may not be able to come and my appointment might be delayed. However, the entire crew showed up on time, ready to go. After a quick walk around with Ali, to make sure we were both on the same page, they set to work. It was a full day job, but they completed everything as requested, and left zero mess (just like last time).Last task of the day was for Ali to do a walk-around with me and to show me how everything worked (including the initial setup of apps on my phone to control my new toys...er, I mean, lights).I love the Philips Hue lights installed in the front. I now have lots of options as holidays come around. No muss, no fuss. I just go to my app, and choose from the millions of colour options for each bulb.Thank you Quality Potlight, and particularly Dana, Ali, and the crew, for another great job. I know I made the right decision, again.I definitely recommend Quality Potlight for anyone looking for a lighting contractor. You will not be disappointed.

The entire process with these folks were absolutely amazing. I was sourcing quotes for a few units in my condo and Quality gave us a volume discount if we did all the units in the same day.Communication with Dana was absolutely amazing, she’s so on the ball and incredibly great to work with (especially having multiple people to coordinate) - she made it incredibly easy to do business & get everything organized (she needs a raise!).Then the day of the install, Mike & his team of 3 were incredibly quick - highly communicative before they came in, laid out tarps, and explained and made sure that they installed with enough detail/input. By the time they left it was cleaner than when they came in.I decided after to fully connect the lights to a smart hub (I bought the hub separately, they used Lutron dimmers) - and even though it wasn’t part of the initial project and they helped me through it all!One of the best experiences I’ve had with any contractor/electrician - if you’re getting potlights installed in a home or condo; highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve used Quality Pot lights to install pot lights in my home. They previously installed pot lights in my main floor, living room, and dining room. This time they were in to install a pot light into my shower as usual they were professional and left no trace of a mess. I will be using them again in the future.

Quality Potlight did appliance receptacle re-locations, new ceiling pot lights, added new receptacles, under cabinet lighting, & in cabinet puck lighting for my kitchen remodel project. They also installed new pot lights in my bedroom hall & closet, new incandescent lights in my unfinished basement. Nima was the lead electrician on my project who did most of the rough in & finishing work, he is friendly, efficient, conscientious, patient, always asking if I was happy with the results. Really nice guy, & as a woman, I found him & any other member of the team, very pleasant & trustworthy to have working in my home. I can’t say enough about Moe, the owner of Quality Potlight, who also did some of the finishing work with Nima. He is very impressive, highly efficient, organized & runs his business like a top, & unlike many contractors, is great at customer service & communication...he presented me with the initial quote at my home, I could tell right away he was very efficient & accurate at his business. He was so patient throughout my reno with my many questions, emails, always responding quickly, never complaining. Moe kept his word with every price quoted, never once deviating, trying to upsell me, or trying to pad the bill with unwarranted charges, which was the experience I had with a previous contractor in my basement reno. They did a great job. The team truly cares about their customers. Very trustworthy, punctual, reliable, honest, & efficient company. I highly recommend Quality Potlight.

I’ve used Quality Potlight on 3 occasions now. They’ve installed potlights, under counter lights, installed light fixtures and installed new outlets. They’re very professional and I will continue to use them for any future projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Our family is very happy with the work done by Quality PotLight. The crew (Tony, Kevin and Daniel) worked tirelessly during the day to install ten pot lights around the house, a new house number, and a pot light in our daughter's study area. They also moved the garage light switch from inside the house to the garage and replaced it with a motion detector switch. The crew were polite, respectful and left our house and garage as clean as they found them. We'll book another installation with them soon! Thank you!

We were looking for an upgrade to the lighting for our condo townhouse because the main floor was pretty dark given that we only had windows on one side. Through our search we found Quality Potlight and were happy with the fast and clear communicatanio and transparent pricing.We scheduled them to come by and they brought a team of 4 that finished the job in a day. They gave us advice on placement and ensured everything was done cleanly and efficiently. It was obviously that they specialised as even the placement and measurments were fast and accurate, and cutting was done with minimal mess.Overall, we are very happy with everything and would recommend them to others.

I had a very great experience with Mike sent by Quality Potlight who did some electrical work at my home during renovations. He was courteous, professional and did a great job!!! I found them to be affordable as well!I first spoke with Moe who took my initial call. He was efficient and very helpful in having the work done sooner rather than later.!!! I will be using them again very soon for another area of my home. Dana was also terrific in sending me a followup on the work done.
