We decided to upgrade to aking and that was a great chose.We have been shopping at Sleep Country since they opened and always receive excellent service. Any questions they are always happy to help. The pricing is always excellent ......

We were served with efficiency and attention to what we were after. This was our first time in the country club store but we have purchased all our family beds at Sleep Country, he looked up previous purchases and made our decision easier. Thanks for m as king our purchase easy!

The staff is really helpful, pretty knowledgeable. Price point is high, but they do offer good discounts.

Brief visit today to ask if they were able to advise on neck /shoulder support pillow with orthopaedic benefits. I was curtly advised “no we do not sell that type of pillow here and we have never been requested to supply that type of pillow, we have over 40 pillows in stock, I would recommend if you do buy a pillow on line, to check the return policy”.No offer was made to offer an alternative. The salesman was extremely curt and appeared to have no interest in any further conversation. I left quite quickly… I won’t be going back there anytime soon !

James has gone above and beyond helping my husband and I find a mattress that we can both agree on. My husband and I have very different ideas on what a comfortable mattress feels like. James was very patient with us and gave us many options to look at. He answered all of our questions, more than once and explained the differences between the mattresses, also more than once. He is very knowledgeable and was very good natured listening to my husband and I go back and forth about which one we liked better (it took us over an hr to agree on one!). Definitely recommend James at the Sleep Country by Country Club Mall.

We've always purchased our mattresses from Sleep Country...Why buy a mattress anywhere else? The guys at the Country Club store just helped us with a new mattress and were so helpful, polite and offered us different beds to try given our circumstances. :) Thank you!

Great service, wonderful people to work with. We did our Air BnB with 4 new beds and had great reviews. We also got new beds for ourselves and love them. We did take advantage of the exchange program. It was hassle free and we have a great bed !!!

I went in sort of knowing what I wanted but I wanted to make sure. The mattress I had was horrible! I had heard about Casper but wanted to actually try it before I made the purchase. I tried the Bloom, a couple others and kept going back to the Casper Hybrid Snow. The sales person (wish I had his name) was so patient with me. I knew I would be spending some serious cash on a mattress but when he told me what I could buy it for, almost $1500.00 less than what I thought I would pay? I literally handed him my card and said wrap it up. I had it delivered within the week and I have had the best sleep ever since buying it. It has been about 7 weeks now and I can’t say enough about this mattress. The cooling technology is amazing and it is a firmer mattress then the other ones which is what I needed. I LOVE my Casper!

I'm getting help through Income Assistance, as I'm on disability benefits.The bed looked decent, so I asked to test it out, seems I could feel the springs on the mattress. Wasn't comfortable for me.That was the only offer they gave Me.The salesman also walked away, without asking if it was comfortable or not. Rude?
