Really quiet, not busy at lunch time, so service is pretty quick (Waited much longer at a McDonald's last week-end, which is supposedly a fast-food joint, and that was only to complete my order)...!

The staff are nice but the food is not. Prices are high comparing to food quantity and quality. At least you could offer freshly made fries to the children. Usually we get heated fries that was sitting there for an hour or more. I complained many times and same problem remains.I will not compare with other restaurants but these points should be considered in order to keep the regular customers. Anyway to run a regular business and offer healthy food and stay in competition, you need to take care of small details that can keep loyal customers. the quality needs to be improved.

I am a regular St-Hubert consumer it is simple, inexpensive and easy to order. Today i tried out the curb side pick up as an option, I had full car of kids and wanted to save time and delivery by doing a pick up. The st hubert app said it would be 15 minutes and gave an exact time. I was at first impressed and eager for the pick up. Unfortunately, the meal wasnt ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes park with 3 kids for my meal to be prepared. A young man greeted me which was nice and offered me a piece of cake, i told him I have 3 kids and would not want 1 but if he can spare 3 ad least the kids would be happy.Unfortunately, i only got one piece and no utensils or wipes which normally come.I will continue to buy from st hubert but was not thrilled with their curb side pick up option which didnt meet expectations.

I bought a 4 chicken languette by drive thru and came home to 1 almost full size and 2 small pieces of chicken as you can see in the picture comparing it to the gravy container , really not pleased I usually don’t have any problems but this time it was kind of ridiculous
