Soviet-bloc customer service. Ordered a phone for a stated price. It took a week and a half for the phone to come into store. Went to pick it up and was told the price went up this morning - It's three times the price it was yesterday." Apparently it was a promo price (news to me) and promo ended Oct. 1st. No mention of any of this during wait or I would have gladly paid up front. Called Koodo head office in case problem is store-based. Nope. "Customer service" droid says promo over. Back-story irrelevant. Leaving as soon as I arrange another provider."

We had a SIM card problem with one of our phones. Leighann was able to resolve the problem in a couple of minutes, and explained what else might be affecting the situation, and what to try if it did it again. The phone has been working 100% since. Thanks for the excellent service! Also, the team at the Bracebridge store is doing an excellent job on their COVID-19 protocols to keep their team, and their customers safe.

Terrible experience with purchasing a phone and with a phone repair. Will never go to this store. Literally left Telus due to the poor experience at this store when I was otherwise happy. Do not shop here.

I always had a great experience when Holden was in the store. He goes the extra mile for customers! Even when another associate sold me the phone and tried to get me out the door, Holden stepped in and helped transfer the info from my old phone into the new one. Thank you Holden, I hope Telus treats you right because you sure do treat its customers right!

The woman today provided false information, saying the refurbished phones I ordered come with sim cards. I've done this enough times to know that they dont. Proceeded with a snippy tone while not accepting a health card to activate a sim card. Other Telus stores this wasnt an issue. Other mobile companies, a non issue. Seemed like the employee didnt like being called out on her misinformation and then proceeded to be difficult. This was only my second time in this store in 5 years and once again the employee was not helpful. If you're uncertain about tech I would avoid this place.

They sold me a phone almost a year ago. At the time I asked for one with a screen protector . The phone got damaged and turns out there was no protector on it and I paid extra for that and now they refuse to fix my phone. Going to cost me $175. Out of pocket. At the time I purchased the phone I. Bought a case as well as the phone. Was koodo I dealt with.

Attended the store today for assistance in transferring data from my old phone to a new one.Service was fantastic from Chris and his associates. I'm a senior technophobe and couldn't have managed without their assistance.Not only that , the staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming which was much appreciatedRF
