I have been using Yen Bros. as our primary vendor for the last several years. Our sales rep Brittany has been amazing and has resolved any of the uncommon delivery/product problems immediately. Their prices are extremely competitive and the quality of their produce is better than most vendors I have dealt with. I highly recommend using them.

We have been dealing with Yen Bros for last 5 years and it’s a been smooth. The quality of the products is great and the customer service exceptional. The deliveries are always on time. Our account manager, Christos Chaldeos is superb and always there to help us with whatever we need. They are a local business and I’m proud to be associated with them. Locals helping locals.

The driver of the Yen Brothers is terribly rude. It's 3 pm on Hasting Street @ boundary, and the driver almost hit my rear and was being ridiculously unreasonable, honking in the normally busy street while I was keeping safe space between the front car. The driver has totally ruined the company's reputation by wearing the logo on the trunk, no matter the service, being so rude on the road is unacceptable.

Completely inappropriate and rude behaviour from a truck driver. Disgusting and disrespectful. When travelling at a normal pace, and keeping a normal distance between the cars in front of us, there is NO REASON to honk for a block STRAIGHT and tailgate. We were being respectful of other people on the road, so OBVIOUSLY we put safe room between us. A lesson that your driver should learn. He doesn’t own the roads. If zero was possible I would give zero stars. Residents of neighboring businesses that get delivered to should not be blocked into the only viable exit of their apartment parking garage by a careless driver who then harasses them verbally. He somehow manages to block the whole alley, all while space for two large vehicles to pass if properly parked. My partner had to back up multiple times to avoid him getting close to them(within 6ft) while he was yelling at us. We only needed him to move his vehicle up 5 feet and it took him 7 minutes and verbal assault from the driver before he complied but only after multiple other vehicles were waiting as well.I sent an email to the company but no reply so my only recourse was to leave a negative review. By the looks of things other drivers for this company behave in a similar manner so unsure if it's just one guy or the whole culture of the company is based in bullying.

I have been working as a chef in Vancouver for close to 30 yrs now, and have dealt with Yen bros for much of that time. My experience with them has generally been very positive, and anytime there has been an issue with quality or shortage of product, it has always been dealt with very promptly & efficiently. The order desk team has made errors on occasion but as I’ve said, any issues have always been resolved quickly. My sales rep Brittany is awesome, and has even personally delivered items to me when needed.All in all, I’m very happy dealing with Yen Bros & would recommend highly recommend them!

Today I witnessed an awful thing and decided to write this review after reading all the bad reviews about the driver. It seems like this is the only driver that’s causing issues. This delivery driver parked in the middle of the parking lot and blocked the access for everyone to get out. Then he asked politely to move because people couldn’t get out and I saw people stuck there for almost an hour. Then something happened and cops were called and he was put inside the cops car for a little bit and then let go. We don’t know what happened in there but he was yelling and threatening people and then cops were called. The point is he thought he thinks he owns the parking lot and can park anywhere even if people are stuck because of him.
