Apparently this appears to be the only way to receive a response from Lux. I too have ordered items and received NO feedback from countless attempts to reach anyone. As soon as I can I'll be looking for a refund. Phone number doesn't work and no response from emails. It's really ashamed for someone like me that purchase homes and makes major renovations constantly! Smh!
