Dec 22, 2021- I stopped in today for some espresso beans and coffee syrups. I have a high end home espresso machine I took here years ago for service and I received the best Service. They fixed my machine. Told me all about it and how to care for it. This is the best place to get espresso beans. These beans are slow roasted and make great espresso. They let me know these are the type of beans you want bc they aren't oily and wont clog your machine. The beans come from Northern Italy. Also, the selection of syrups is amazing. Ive been searching online and in the City for a good syrup selection and I found it here. These are Premium quality and they seemed to have every letter of the Alphabet covered for flavours. Everything is reasonably priced and Ill be coming back more often!

I can’t begin to express how wonderful of an experience I had with Bilotta. Eugene looked out for my best interests and made recommendations that were better suited for what I needed, instead of trying to sell me the most expensive product.They’re in the business of serving and it shows. After going to multiple coffee equipment shops, I am grateful I made the trip to Edmonton to check them out. And super happy with my purchases :)

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Extremely through service with before and after photos of the repair. Brought it in and was served a delicious cappuccino and then they showed me how to properly clean and maintain my machine upon pick up. I will come back here whenever my machine needs a service.

We recently bought an Elektra espresso machine from Bilotta. They were awesome to work with, gave us a full tutorial on how to use the machine, and made sure we went home with everything we needed to get started. You can easily see the passion they have for great coffee and they are eager to share their expertise. Will definitely be back soon :)

I have become a regular here. Great service. I am always greeted with a great cup of coffee. I started by getting my machine serviced here, bought a machine just before Christmas and brought my son to buy a machine for his home. Everyone is great to deal with. But the thing I notice most is they aren’t just selling me a product or a service. They are passionate about what they sell and service. I stop in now just so I can have a coffee and say hi.
