Coastal Sleep were fantastic in getting me setup with a new machine and handling the transition from my previous sleep clinic seamlessly. Rachel & Lin were extremely kind and helpful in handling the intake, and Mohammad saw me in office and setup my new machine and answered any and all questions I had. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and I feel confident that I'm getting great care at Coastal Sleep.

Very impressed with the professional service from Coastal Sleep (Mohamed R.) He took the time to explain everything and really simplified the steps for the trial. It was a seamless experience and I am very impressed with the results in such a short period of time. He worked around my schedule and made sure he was available throughout the trial period to ensure I was comfortable. Always prepared for our weekly appointments with the results and also gave me the space to voice any concerns. He is a good listener and really understood my challenges using the machine and making the time for the weekly appointments. I am very happy with the service I have received at Coastal Sleep, Coquitlam. The office staff are all very polite and welcoming. Mohammad provided very good service. He has been very patient in explaining how to use the machine, answered all my questions,tried different masks so that I may have the best results.

Damien and his team were exceptional in their quality of service and genuine care with my 80 years young father. His CPAP machine/mask set up were sorely in need of a tune up/replacement due to the pandemic. After our visit to Costal Sleep last week, my father is now once again sleeping soundly and safe. Back in 2021, my Philips CPAP machine from Coastal Sleep was recalled. For about 2 years, I intended to buy a replacement CPAP on the free market, but was told No, just wait, wait, wait... Now when I finally received the replacement, my condition got worse due to the years of lack of care.Other than that, the service is good, and the people are nice.

I had a great experience with Mohammed. He’s very patient and takes time to explain all the necessary steps during the trial period until the day I get the machine.
