Northern Water Sports Centre

The venue is absolutely beautiful, however booking for a wedding is tough as you can only book 6 months ahead of time during the summer months due to water sporting events requiring the facility.

Very nice view of lake Ramsey but all the spiders crawling around the railing outside kind of ruin it. Lots of dead bugs and spider webs inside as well around the windows. The place needs a good cleaning and debugging.

Extremely disappointing for the cost, and to make it worse there is this self appointed dictator whom thinks he owns the place. I thought the Bell property was for non-profit organisation and public use, guess the city does as it wishes.

We rented this venue for our wedding. Fantastic, modern facility with an amazing terrace, comfortable and luxurious. Full kitchen, tables, chairs, sounds system (indoors and out) ensured that the event went off without a hitch.The only negative is that there's this one guy (I think he's with the Canoe Club) who has appointed himself the god-emperor of the facility. When we came the day before to set up the event, this man decided to be a gruff, surly ___hole the entire time. He's seemingly always there, too. To anyone planning to rent this venue for an event - you WILL see this guy. This is a public, city-owned venue, so ignore anything he says to you. He has zero authority.

Fantastic venu, with a fantastic view. Went out to inspect their kitchen facilities for clients who wanted to book my catering services there, and it was a top-notch facility overall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a venu.

We were here for a wedding and it was so beautiful. The staff was great, the balcony was very nice, and the washrooms were clean. This is a really beautiful location for any event.

Beautiful venue, with nice large docks. I have never had to use their services, but the facility is top notch.
