I had the pleasure of doing business with Mike Carey. He knew the boat well and handled all aspects of the sale with professionalism. He continued to follow up with me after the sale by offering to help in anyway he could. Looking forward to his assistance when I launch.

My wife and I met with the broker Paul Gallant from Ocean Yachts to view a 41 ft Beneteau. Spent a week looking into logistics and whether it was the right fit for our family. In that time we asked him 2 questions in which he didn’t answer. Once we were ready to put in an offer he ignored us for two days. I called the office and was told he’d return my call immediately and he never did. Found out he had received an offer the same night but didn’t allow us to put in a counter offer. He basically used us as bait to get a higher sale price from the other offer. Only contacted us after the sale went through. This was a huge waste of time and energy and we came away from the experience feeling very dissatisfied and disrespected.

We had viewed a boat in July/16, purchased it in Sept./16. I can't say enough about how well Andre' ,John and Hugh looked after us! Very patient with all our many info requests and viewings , never a problem to contact. Ocean Sales were there from start to finish, and with John and Hugh there even for the survey and sea trails and Andre' looking after all the details . I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Our family had a wonderful experience looking for a sailboat and eventually buying a sailboat from Ocean Yacht Sales. Being new to sailing we had a lot of questions, both Andre and John were very patient and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with Andre, we are very happy with the boat we chose and look forward to many years of sailing.

This marina is in a great location! The docks and bathrooms were cleaning, and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this marina to anyone who is boating nearby!

Don't normal write these reviews but always read them.My boat was listed with John, I sent MANY good quality photos to display on his website, wasn't many more than a few pictures no floor plan and a 1 sentence description.Manage to get he boat to Halifax meet with John still same listing. The listing sat for 2 months with very little action. I decided to give him a couple weeks notice that I was moving the listing to another company. Without my permission pushed the sale saying NEEDS SOLD" (not the cast)
