Had reservation for camping. Unfortunately, week till camping, got medical situation with my child which made trip impossible. Contacted office, Greg was very kind & understanding of situation. Got my refund without hussle. Definitely will plan to camp there again.

First time for me visiting, my overall experience was beyond amazing. The entire campsite had tons of activities going on including the big water slide,The swimming pool is perfect for family time and not too deep (max 5 feet), miniature golf, basket ball court, a shuttle to go into Niagara Falls, and bike vehicles that could be for a group of four or individual. They even had a bouncy castle for the small kids. The bathrooms were great and had showers with stalls along with a bathtub. The office is well stocked with camping necessities if you run short of supplies. Also has if fire wood, ice cream and slushy, a gift shop and a Arcade. They also have a rec room with different events for kids and family e.g dances for kids etc.

Worst deal we’ve ever encountered while on the road. In season price: no shuttle. Awful internet. Priced like the site was still in its prime from many, many years ago.

This campground must be the best kept secret, we were in town and figured we’d stop by and checkout the property for future reservations… told we were not allowed see the property and instructed to look at the pictures online! Campground did not seem to be centrally located and a camper was in the office asking about additional chairs for the pool area as there was none, park was not sold out at the time of visit but seemed unable to accommodate their current reservations. Will not stay here in the future

We had a fun time. I can understand with the size of the park the amount of maintenance but when we first entered our deluxe cabin we noticed wires hanging from the ceiling where a smoke detector should be. We informed the staff that we needed a functioning smoke alarm, they did have someone come over and install one within 15 minutes. Wtihin 2 minutes of the gent leaving, it started to continually beep because the batteries were dead so I had to take it down myself and ask them for batteries. We also noticed the water pressure within the unit was low. Upon investigation the exterior waterline split. They again fixed fast. The most inconvenient issue is wifi. The park wifi is awful. We paid for extra passes that were useless. I operate my own online business and good internet is key. Cell service in that area isn't the greatest so using my cell hotspot enabled me to work at 1/4 the speed and efficiency I needed to. For that issue alone I would not return. This basic infrastructure should be a staple for any campground in 2023. I also found it tacky that they leave an envelope in the room explaining that the staff worked hard to get the unit ready for you and a gratuity would be appreciated. I found that amusing given that the 4 bunk beds were not made up, you don't get any shampoo or soap etc, so what is it they are so hard preparing, LOL.

Camp sites are literally overlapping and arm length wide. Horrible service. Washrooms weren't serviced at all (toilet paper was never refreshed!) For a private campground and park I was expecting better service than a provincial park for the price per night. Pl avoid. Only plus is it's close to The Falls. But use your money for a 3 star motel instead.

Really nice place !The location beside the precast plant is terrible, I walked over and saw they are using harmful chemicals out in the open. The chemical was air born and burning my skin. I asked the worker what that was ,he just said acid.It was all over the ground running into the river. This is a serious issue for the environment and the camp ground.I hope someone looks into this especially for all the little kids at the park.

Stayed for 3 nights - location was very convenient to the falls. Employees in store were friendly and helpful. Entrance was gated requiring a code. Nice playground and jumping pillow. Sites were a bit tight and grass not cut. Pool did not feel heated. Didn't use bathhouse or laundry.

Camp sites are right on top of one another. And had no privacy and then there is complaints about music being played from our site from a cell phone only. At 5 pm but others have groups of 15 or more and they have a generator going all day/night and that's ok....
