We've done flooring projects in multiple Seattle neighborhoods with different contractors, including some 'big guys' and our experience with Andre at Bella's was absolutely THE BEST.We had a very tricky 1940s basement with old uneven concrete stairs and they had no problem leveling, adjusting the substrate. Even fixed the entry way and threshold due to slope adjustments. To make it more fun, we live out of town and were not available for frequent site visits. They worked quickly, professionally and inspired confidence. Asked great questions, solved tricky areas independently. Excellent communication during install. Clear bids, and price was as quoted.We got a lower bid but I know from experience that bid was not realistic or comprehensive. Sometimes it pays to go with the local pros.

Bella’s Flooring did an incredible job at my property. They started out by actually responding to my inquiry. The process to evaluate, quote, and perform the work was efficient and well communicated.The team understood what we wanted/needed and made helpful suggestions as well. We refinished part of the hardwood floors and sealed the rest. We also removed and replaced the carpet and the bathroom tile. It looks phenomenal!I highly recommend Bella’s Flooring and will keep them in mind for my future flooring needs.

Bella's did a great job for us and we'd happily use them again and recommend them for flooring and bathroom projects. Jeff worked with us diligently to dial in our exact project needs. Alex and Anatoli did high-quality work and were easy to coordinate with.Our only issue is we selected a glass tile for our shower and have learned after that tile was installed that glass tile is very difficult to install shower doors on to. That is not Bella's fault at all, but a lesson learned that I hope others are aware of and plan for. I would suggest looking for ceramic or porcelain tile instead of glass if a shower door will be attached to it.

Totally blown away by what a great job Bella's Flooring did with our re-flooring project. The project manager, Andre, went above and beyond our expectations for the scope of the project-- coordinating the removal of a door, pain touch ups, and installing a new vanity, in addition to removing the old carpet from our basement and replacing with radiant heating + tiles in living area and bathrooms + new carpet in bedrooms. I wish I could hire them for all my housing projects and not just flooring! Thank you so much for your hard work, prompt communication, thoroughness and thoughtfulness.

My family had a great experience with Bella's replacing our tile kitchen floor with vinyl plank purchased from another seller. They sent a crew of 3 for the demolition and clean up and had the job done in one long day. They hung plastic sheeting around the kitchen opening and did a really great job cleaning up and putting in the finishing touches. The point person and office communicated really well with me before, during and after the job was complete and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the service. And best of all, our new floors look amazing!Thank you Jeff, David and Leo!

It is easy to write a 5 star review for a contractor when everything goes smoothly and a job gets done quickly and professionally. This was not our experience with Bella Flooring. A small kitchen tile project took almost two years to complete. First there were manufacturing delays, then there were issues with defective tiles. Repair efforts failed and on and on. Yet, I could not be happier with the experience we had with Bella Flooring. Throughout the process they were a pleasure to deal with. They communicated clearly, did exceptional work with great attention to detail and took pride in making sure the job was done to their high standards. I would never work with another company on a flooring project in Seattle!

Bella's did an amazing job replacing carpet in our stairwells with hardwood. The entire process was seamless. Andrey was quick to come out for a quote. He returned with samples to make sure we could match our existing hardwood. The install was completed in a day. Andrey came out to fix a few cosmetic issues the following day. Very happy with the final product.

Andrey was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Their pricing was very fair and well worth the hard work they did. Andrey did beautiful work and made our hardwood floors look better than if they were brand new.
