I was VERY happy with the service at JY Jewelry. I came in for a repair on two chains and they were reasonably priced with quick turn around since they do the work on site!Lovely customer service to help us choose a new pendant. We were in and out very quickly and I appreciated the help and expertise.

I had a traditional prong setting diamond ring which did not sit well beside my wedding band. JY was helpful, professional, with a quick turnaround time. They handcrafted a new bezel setting band for my diamond and I could not be happier with it! Thank you.

I was searching online for an onsite Jewelry repair to replace a pendant bail that was too small. Christina helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring. I decided to propose last minute and they cleaned and helped me get ready for an amazing surprise for my fiancé. We are from Niagara Falls and found the perfect wedding bands on the website . We visited the store ...greeted very nicely , were fitted and we ordered the bands. Not only were we able to add some old family gold to be used in the making of the rings but they were made in much less time than quoted and the craftsmanship is fantastic !Thank you .....
