The front end of my vehicle was badly damaged. Body and mechanical work were necessary.The car was three years old and spotless. After repairs, it looked better than before and the interior was detailed clean.Mechanically, it was like new. The excellent repair work was beyond all expectations.

My vehicle was in accident, brought to frank and guys assured centre as per my insurance company and it was the best decision I made! They are outstanding! When the parts came in they where not satisfied with the quality of the parts and went back to my insurance company and told to approve of getting the proper parts!The staff amazing!!They are super friendly, very professional and jeep you totally updated on the progress of your vehicle! You want your car dine properly they these people are the ones you need!

We just completed some bodywork and glass replacement with Assured Automotive. I'm giving them five stars because the final result and repair is very good, meeting our expectations.Giving five stars doesn't mean that everything was perfect or went without incident. For me it means that the final result was good and all the unexpected events were well managed. So here is my honest list of pros and cons...Pros- great final product- excellent communication- friendly and professional staffCons- took longer than expected due to unforeseen delaysWhile the return of our car took longer than originally expected, the team communicated everything to us in a timely manner and did their best to make up time.Sometimes things go a bit sideways and it's how you manage the unexpected that matters. And the final result, of course. They did very well on those two points.I would recommend their services.

Had amazing service from the moment I dropped my vehicle off. Monique advised me with updates via email which were great even though there were delays they always kept me up to date and very courteous. I used themIn the past for repairs I had and will continue to use them and refer them. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up I asked if the painter could touch a bit of scratch up for me, he did so without hesitation. Now to me this is service and very welcoming. Amazing team.

Sophia was so helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car back after a collision. The entire staff was very helpful and when I had to pick up my car they had Dylan stay after close to wait for me.
