Costco Tire Center

Temporarily Out of Stock" for months. But they are on sale!... on non-existent stock. If I could actually BUY tires from Costco that would potentially awesome

Well just leaving Costco from getting my winter tires on. I brought them in with bags around them and in tire bags also. I like to keep my back seats clean and not full of dirty wet tires. I come back to my car to see my clean back seat full of wet tires that were just out of the snow. I told him I wanted the bags back that I brought them in to keep my seat clean. He told me that I don't need bags if I have the actual tire bags to put them in (which I will add that don't stop the tires from dripping an getting the tire bags dirty. Then he tells me to move to Arizona if I don't want wet tires in my back seat. He continued to rudely speak to me and laugh at me. I am appalled! His name was Simon an I am completely completely blown away by his rude an unprofessional behaviour! Now my seat is full of snow an wet an so are my tire bags. :( :( :( :( I have tried so hard to keep my car clean. NEVER have Simon do your tires!

I went for Oil change & nitrogen conversion. My Vehicle mileage was 99,887km. Since it’s a Synthetic oil change, I was expecting at least 6-8k before next service is required.The sticker in the car stated 104,887km. That’s 5000km. According to the label, It’s Castrol Edge Synthetic. Wonder why the interval is at such short amount.The invoice of service didn’t even mention which viscosity oil was used, nor it said how much amount was added.

My appointmemt for coatco purchase winter tire changed at 11.15 am, and I informed it took 1 and half hour, but till 12.30 pm my car is still outside, and around 12.35 pm they get my car inside for tire change amd oil change, while the open the nut bolts of tire, they broke it and call me at 1 pm that we can not change tour tire due to beoken lock bolt of tire, we do not have tools here, you can take your car to mechanic or dealer, i do not under stand tire center dies not have tools to open broken bolt? I am really surprised, finaly they hand over my keys with changing the tiresat 1.45pm..Not happy Happy this time.

Need a month to get an appointment for seasonal tire swap. Understaffed facility and long queue at the reception desk. Cannot fix even a tire with a small screw punched into it, then cancel appointment saying we can't do it, and keeping tires directly inside car without even wrapping those in plastic bags making the car seats dirty. Have worked with other tire centers before both in US and Canada but never saw this type of poor service. Not coming back in this facility.

I bought 4 brand new tires from Costco Waterloo just a couple of weeks and the service could not of been better. I will start from the beginning. When my wife and I arrived at Costco Tire Centre there was sale on for Bridgestone tire the young lad asked me for the tire size and found a set of 4 for very high mileage. And said the the will be ready for install in a couple of weeks. The day arrived I arrived at Costco Tire Centre in the morning a good fella by the name of Kris took my keys and said it will be ready in an hour. Bella I think her name was really nice and said we will call you when it’s ready. I only just finished our grocery shopping and my wife called to say it was done. Got me keys and the receipt back and it was all just terrific. Sorry Tire Centre I couldn’t remember the fella name that we ordered from I just want to thank everyone there for the excellent service and customer service. Tire purchase was competitive - they will fix your flats for free.HOWEVER - when I had a flat I called and called over and over again, no one would answer, not at the Waterloo or the Kitchener location. I tried booking online but the next free appointment was in 3 WEEKS. When I needed Costco the most - they really let me down.

Terrible service, 1 hour and 50 minutes to change 4 tyres and that’s with an appointment. Outrageous and not even a sorry for the delay, will never go back and will be telling everyone I know not to waste their time going here. Almost twice as long as they said it would take, they just don’t give a s•••

This is an FYI to other customers of the Tire Center; I ordered my tires online to be delivered to the Waterloo location, but when they arrived there were no appointments available until three weeks later so they asked me to pick up the tires due to the lack of space to storage so I tried to look for an appointment at the Kitchener location and I got it for in four days, but I was charged again for the installation of the tires (Charge done when you purchase the tires) and I was told that I need to claim for refund at Waterloo location because the Tires were delivery over there so being there it was a surprise that the staff at the tire center didn't understand why this was happening to be the same Costco so I had to ask for the manager who told me that he will authorize the refund, but it couldn't happen again because they don't do storage and the tires need to be installed where they were delivered. R/ First Costco should not accept delivery to the warehouse if they don't have storage or appointments for new purchases or specify to be delivered to the client's location, Second I am not a Costco employee to know the store procedures besides that employee who tried to help me didn't know anything about it at Waterloo. I hope my two days of drama can help someone and Costco clarify procedures for clients when purchasing online.

Wasted $60 on Uber and they are not able to change the tires as they couldn't find the tire key that I left in the center storage....worst experience ever.
