Although this company has an office, they do not offer ANY in person care. At one time the service here was good, but since going remote only, it is inflexible and robotic. The focus now is on sales. The staff pressure you to accept doing things their way and make no effort to accommodate your preferences even though it can easily be done. Staff were judgemental and unhelpful. Unless you are very tech savvy, stay away from this clinic. Better options are available in Richmond.

I definately recommend this place to people who have sleep apnea. Their customer service is excellent. Most of the time, I go there near their closing time due to my work schdule and they never rush me to leave as soon as possible.Receptionist Vivian always uses her friendly and professional manner to help me with the appointments and purchases.Thank you, Clinical Sleep Solutions

I cant possibly understand why anyone would give them less then 5. I worked with Cox and he was nothing other then professional and helpful. Did not care about money only that I had the right product for me. I called him on off hours and he answered. I called him when he was on vacation he answered. He is still waiting for my insurance to pay him but I am using the machine. He follows my progress via the internet and calls me to see how I am. I 100% recommend him. If I am wrong google me because you will have the wrong place. This was the best experience I ever had with the medical system.The two other who gave bad revues must be from competition or are crazy. Truly Clinical Sleep Solicitations has changed my life from the receptionist to the owner. I no longer wake up tired, I no longer snore and my wife is very happy. I wake up with energy and am happy. My machine makes almost no noise and I track my progress on my smart phone. They go far above and beyond. That's all I can say, but I am just a regular client who never new them before I walked in and I cant say enough good things about this organization!!!!At l;east visit them and see if you agree with me, I know you will!!!!!

not sure why some people put 1 star. For me, the experience is great! Vivian at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Both specialists I spoke with were great. I just ordered the machine with them.

I have placed an online order for CPAP Mask. Only received an email mention it would be back order and will be delivery in 2 weeks but then it is going to 4 weeks can't received the item and no one contact me. I have contact them but no response and no refund. IT is my worthiest experience.

Very negative experience even though I had visited them 2-3 times recently. Poor customer service and a very selfish attitude by the person at the front counter. I was told the machine would cost $2000 and was pre-approved by my insurance company. I made the appointment to return my loaner machine and get the new machine as I was told they will claim the machine cost from my insurance company and I will sign any documents needed. After everything was done, I was told to pay $2400 which I questioned why they cannot claim from my insurance company, they said they need to paid first and took the machine back from me. Since I did not trust the person anymore I just wanted to reconfirm the price was $2000 so there is no misunderstanding and was told it is $2400 even though the consultant had confirmed it was $2000. It took quite a bit of convincing for this person to agree what I was saying was correct. I will not trust them as to what they. I asked her to provide me with name and contact phone number for the manager. It took her awhile to find it but would only provide an email address and NOT the managers full name and telephone number due to privacy concerns. MY ADVICE IS NOT TO TRUST THEM.
