Another morning snow fall and the snow plow has come and gone without doing anything. The excuse that is usually given is that the driveway is too slippery. Fine. At least get rid of the snow bank left by the city! Five years ago this company would have my driveway cleaned almost first thing in the morning, they responded to messages within minutes (by phone!). Somehow, slipperiness wasn't the problem it is today. They were polite, efficient and punctual. Now, following a change in management a few years ago, I'm lucky if they do even 50% of the driveway. Last year with them, for sure.

Worst service ever met, barely came to work, bad attitude,I would not recommend this company to anyone

I signed up with them 3 weeks ago and they haven’t once come clean before 10am. And we have to be out the door by 8am, some days 9am. So even though I paid 600$ for their service, we have been shovelling every single time it snowed. And I can’t even reach anyone on the phone to complain.

They used to be decent but this year they are useless. Paid for nothing, unreachable by phone, they come once a day in a storm and last night he skipped my house. Go elsewhere

This was the very first winter after I owned a house and the reason for choosing them for snow removal contract is because it was somewhat cheaper compared to others. And this was my worst decision of this year.On the normal snow day, they never come before 10 AM or sometime 12 PM to clean the snow. So if you want to go out before that (like me), then it's you who need to clean the snow from the driveway. It's mid-January and I already did it for almost all snow-falls till now. Also, they don't clean the driveway properly, most times the snow at the end of driveway and side stays as it is. That also you need to clean by your self.And the worst part is, during snow storm while my neighbours having snow-pro contract already get cleaned twice by 9 AM, I can just hope for them to show up.Due to this I park my car on the street when there is a snow-fall forecast and the street cleaner (who are far regular than these guys) always cover my car with snow, and so again I need to clean that snow to get my car out of it.So overall, these guys want me to do workout in all snow days to keep me fit. This is the only benefit I got by using their service.Won't do this mistake again :(

Worst customer service EVER! Worst Drivers EVER! No phone, only Facebook to which they don't reply. Good luck trying to contact them

they are better companies out there , do not pay this company it is completely waste of you money , they never on-time and they never answer.unfortunately i should give an star , they don't deserve even 1 star.

One star is overated. I wish there is ZERO star.We live in Brossard and used two other snow removal services companies with satisfied results over the last 10 years. Nutripro sadly pushed out of business in our sector, Salzboug is dominating and we want to give another company an opportunity to keep every company competitive. This turned out to be the worst decision ever. When the first big snow storm hit us in Nov.16/17 2018, there was no driver passed by the whole day. My neighbors on the next block did receive the service from Jardins Brossard. Salsboug passed three times in my neighbor houses on both Nov.16/17. I called the Jardins Brossard and emailed the company the next morning, They confirmed the driver missed my house and would come again. Sadly, no one came after the call. As a result, I asked for a refund and they asked for a $50 penalty to cancel the contract. I decided to give them another try as paying $50 for nothing seemed worse.Today when we had the 30cm+ snow, the driver of Jardins Brossard passed and attached photo is their wonderful work. I have a two way drive-way and a garage, The distance between my garage door and the place they shovelled can park is about 3.5~4 meters. In the past, both Salzboug and Nutripro would clean close to the garage door (with 1~1.5 meter distance away to avoid break the door).Plus, there is no way you can reach the company for another shovel after 17:00. Whenever you call them on weekends or after 17:00, it redirects to voice mail. Other companies (in particular Nutripro), you can always get someone on the other side of the phone.

go elsewhere! This is the worst company ever, specially if you have to go out in the morning! They never bother to come and remove the snow! We just paid for nothing, because we have to do their job , sometimes 2 times a day ! Today it’s too much snow , time : 1:30 pm , they has not showed up, while our neighbours drive way got cleaned two times so far already by another company!!! That’s terrible! They just collect your money. That was the first and last winter with them for us! They don’t take the phone! There is nobody to answer during websites chat ! And as you see they are arrogant enough not bothering to reply their bad reviews and not polite enough to apologize for their terrible service!!!!!

Terrible. I wish I could give them zero stars!!It is the first year and the last year that we signed a contract with them. They just collect your money and then don't provide you with any services. They don't bother themselves to come and remove the snow when it is snowing. If you need to go to work early morning, you need to shovel snow off your driveway yourself. We called them, but no one answered.
