Brought in my Q7 for service was trying to put it off till after the pandemic but couldn't wait any longer. Friendly and helpfull staff, Great service and impressive extensive covid saftey protocols.Eg. They have QR code you can scan for electronic contact tracing registration as soon as you walk in. They wore mask, had clear barriers, and always kept a safe distance. They disinfected and cleaned my key fob everytime it went back and forth when they touched it without me even asking them to.Despite the covid restrictions, they went the extra mile to help out with great service and I felt safe at the same time. The store is nice and clean. The stuffs I met are friendly and knowledgeable.
