The worst! They NEVER answer the phone let alone Facebook messages. Now they dont even have a website AND no email either.How are we supposed to communicate with them, get information from them???

The lady at the Embassy was extremely helpful and polite. Because of Covid you need to make an appointment and only you can get into the offices (unless you need assistance), you always need to use mask and your temperature will be taken, but is not a big deal, they fill out documents for you if necessary which was one of the nicest things I have experienced with Salvadoran processes. Just call or email in advanced. They respond super fast.
