This chuck's location is very disappointing... the food was pretty bad and although the server was nice.. he was scarce and didn't check up. My kids burgers were burnt.. and the bun was so hard you couldn't even push your finger through it. The saving grace was the price of the beers! Wouldn't go back for food.. but maybe for drinks.

This was one of the roughest meals I’ve had in a long while. The wait staff never came to our table unless we flagged them down or physically got up and went to get them. The fries were mooshy, bbq chicken burger was flavourless aside from the overwhelmingly sweet bbq sauce and the onion rings were so oily they were inedible. I was prepared for pub food, but this was disastrous.

Out of the other Chuck's restaurants this one is particularly slower on getting dishes out of the Kitchen. I've been to the Heartland Location, and Ajax location and everything is usually quick. Expect to be waiting a while for your orders.Why the 2/5 stars is because my friend and I had ordered exactly the same cut of steak (ribeye) one medium rare and the other rare. His steak was definitely not a ribeye, and was overcooked. (My steak was perfect). Consistency is very important.

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
One of the best places for quality steak at reasonable price. We had the porterhouse and New York strip and both were made exactly to our preference. The meat was nicely charred and absolutely delicious. Service was fast and friendly. And unlike other places they don’t charge you an arm and a leg for a steak!Highly recommended to satisfy your steak craving.

Came in to watch Thursday night football and catch up with the guys. Server was nice and attentive. Clean restaurant. Food is Average but everything came out warm.Good place to just watch the game without breaking the bank. Tiramisu is nice. Just looks weird.

Neighbourhood casual dining chain for inexpensive drinks and bar food.Service is excellent and they have daily specials offering great value, but execution is lacking heavily. We went on Wednesday when they have a wing and rib special for $15 and while I wasn't expecting much at that price point, the food was terribly overcooked/stale.Bone in beef jerky is the only way I can describe the ribs and somehow the wings (while seasoned nicely) were even more tough and dry. Fries were cold and old but overall the portion was reasonable. Nachos were adequate and the only positive food experience we had here.I definitely wouldn't come back for the food but cheap drinks and the service make this Chucks location a safe bet to drop in for a drink!
