I have been very impressed with the salesman and the installers Derrick and Chris. I recently had my driveway resurfaced. When they came the asked if it was okay to park on the drive way. They were very polite and considerate. The installation was flawless. They were very helpful and gave great instructions on how to use the awning.

We are so happy with our new awning. We had one installed at our previous home and loved the quality. So it was a no brainer to purchase for our new home.We ordered the drop down sun screen shade because our sales person John Warner suggested it. We trusted John because he sold us our first awning. We love it and highly recommend it. And also the led light kit. Have not used the lights just yet but I know we will like them.Our installers Derrick and Chris were awesome. Polite and professional. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Sunesta were great. The installers, Dan H. & John S. were particularly friendly, informative and very hard workers. The awning is awesome on our deck and the wind sensor has worked as promoted - twice now. We are very glad that we added that feature and recommend it to everyone that buys an awning.

It was a pleasure having Chris C. and Dan H. out today to do the installation of our new 13ft Sunesta Awning. It only took them about an hour. They carefully explained everything to me before leaving. It was a great no pressure experience from start to finish.
