Don’t waste your hard earned money. I bought the flat iron 2 years ago and it has stopped working. Not only will Dyson not send a refurbished one they won’t even offer to fix it. I have bought several Dyson products over the years and shared my love especially the flat iron over social media as I love reviewing beauty products with my followers. I had several of my clients purchase the blow dryers and flat irons after I used them on them. I will be retracting my positive review and share my experience. This was an $850 flat iron, I have had $60 flat irons last me 12 years previously. Don’t waste your money or a months rent on these products. 1/10 garbage.

I own 4 Dyson products for which I paid over $2500 in total. I own a Dyson Animal corded canister vacuum, an older generation Dyson cordless vacuum, a newer generation Dyson cordless vacuum model SV22 and a Dyson fan for which I paid $500 a few years ago. Dyson products are expensive but there is a good reason for the high price. I tried using a more inexpensive fan ($130) of a different brand but it was so noisy, even on the lowest setting speed, that my son could not sleep at night.Recently the bin cracked on my Dyson Animal vacuum. I went on the Dyson website to purchase a replacement bin. The part was out of stock with an ETA of 2-3 weeks. After 2-3 weeks the replacement part was still not available. I waited 2 more weeks but to no avail. I started a chat with Dyson and I told them that they either ship me my bin or they need to send me a new vacuum cleaner. They did not have the bin and wanted to ship me a refurbished upright corded vacuum because, they said, my vacuum was out of warranty. A refurbished upright corded vacuum was not acceptable to me. I spent 1 hr per day for 4-5 days on the chat and on the phone with various people from Dyson Canada and Dyson USA in Chicago. I got a lot of runaround. But in the end, I was transferred to Brian from the Dyson Canada Resolution Team and Brian understood that I was not going to be happy with an exchange with a refurbished upright corded vacuum, so he apologized and sent me a new corded cannister vacuum. So, even though I was not happy for a few days about how Dyson treated me in this matter, in the end they gave me the deal I deserved. So guess what brand of products I will continue buying in the future ? I think you guessed it, I will continue buying Dyson products. The caveat here is that my loyalty is an attitude that is only 50 % due to Dyson Canada (because they put this exchange program in place) and 50% due to Brian, who had the right attitude and dedication to keep Dyson customers happy by making use of the program. I think Dyson needs to keep Brian happily employed and they also need to hire other people like him.

Just before PANDEMIC I have purchased as a gift Supersonic HAIRDRYER for my wife, who is hairstylist. When restrictions for hair salons was lifted after a few weeks the hairdryer stopped working. I contacted Dyson support specialist and followed instructions on video call, no luck to get back to work. Practically, the Pandemic kept hairdryer on shelf did help with extending warranty, what makes common sense to do so. After contacting Dyson Headquarters I have received an email from Dyson Canada that apparently they are out of replacement stock and it is unknown when it will be available. Great" customer service Dyson. So

After dealing with Dyson customer service several times, I regret purchasing the HP09 machine. The machine is excellent, but the customer service is terrible. You will be treated like a child, such as telling you it’s your false for not cleaning the machine or not being able to extend the warranty for a single problem that they cannot fix. To me, Dyson is a company that will try to play the blame game with its customers. So, if you consider purchasing from them, please beware that sooner or later, you will have to deal with their terrible customer service.

Bought a Dyson Cyclone V10 Vac in Nov 2020.After a little above 2 years, the battery started abruptly dying within less than minute. I have been maintaining the vacuum regularly cleaning the filter. This did not happen with my other $80 shark stick cordless vac from walmart that's running for more that 6 years now. So this is what you get by spending premium on a premium product. And a single replacement battery costs more than CAD 200. Which means over a period of 3 years, I would have spent more than $500. And the standard response to the customer is “We can’t tell how long the batteries will last in someone’s home”.Don’t buy Dyson anything with a battery in it. That’s all I can recommend! I have had Dyson ball for more than 7 years and no issue. So much for a loyal Dyson customer. Dyson goes into the trash. Never to be replaced by another Dyson product!Period!

I have been using my v11 for 2 years and it was doing a perfect job. Recently though, it had some battery issues. After back and forth with customer service, my issue was resolved very fast. Dyson was extremely accommodating and helpful (especially Dyson Mississauga).Two of my friends have already bought Dyson after my experience and I can't recommend it enough. I love that I can use it at home and in the car, and its lightweight but effective. The laser on v15 is addictive lol. The machine and technology are amazing, and customer service was also helpful and responsive.

I have called Dyson Customer Service twice in the past month about our 5 yr old V8 vacuum, and carelessness on my part. The service and response has been prompt, helpful and outstanding. If only all companies treated their customers with the attention Dyson does. Dyson leads the pack !

It’s nothing about the sales or service. It’s about how misleading and useless product it is. Hair wrap around the rollers like a lovers who never separated, you will get sick of lung disease by just removing the dust and hair from the rollers. DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT USELESS.. 600$ and that’s what I got… shame on you dyson… more like DIESON

Had a great customer service experience with Dyson Canada ... Shayan was very helpful and went well beyond normal warranty requirements. She was helpful, courteous and always provided timely and positive feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend Dyson products. They truly stand behind their products.
