I cannot recommend Amplifon Langley enough. The front office staff are friendly, responsive and accommodating. Sujin has been wonderful. She is knowledgeable and patient. She takes time to explain each step. We never felt rushed or pressured into anything. The service has been excellent every time. We have been so happy with our experience.

Amplifon Hearing Clinic
I recently was fitted with in-ear molds for my Oticon hearing aids. I am very satisfied with the fit and the increase in hearing performance. Now I have to turn my aids down 3 levels where as before I had to set them at highest level. I have had my aids for 3 and a half years and am finally satisfied with both the fitting and performance. My appreciation goes to Abby for her patience, knowledge and excellence in customer service.

Even with Covid protocols in place I was in and out with cleaned and repaired hearing aid in less than 15 minutes. My usual store is more than an hour closer but still happy at least one location open for business!

I have received excellent and very friendly service from all staff members. I was very nervous when I first went in to get tested and the staff was very sensitive to my feelings. They are very professional and I highly recommend them to everyone.
