Victoria's Secret & PINK

I love victoria secret, but the cashiers at this store make you feel like your always bothering them especially when they chew gum in your face while you ask a question in french and they keep on answering you in english … i am bilingual and will go to VS dowtown as the service is better, welcoming and makes me want to smile :) it’s too bad cuz CS was fantastic 5 years ago. Hope they fix the rudeness at this store, maybe then … i’ll go back

This is my 2nd favorite place for bras. They sometimes have good promotions so best to keep an eye out for that. Customer service isn't great.

The service was lacking, but I believe it's because it's the holidays and they have a lack of personnel.Great undergarments! I won't go anywhere else. 5 stars for their merchandise. Pricey but worth it, you get something that actually fits and stays in good shape for over 6 years!

Very bad customer service experience! I had a special offer from VS and i used it then i wanted just to change the size and they refused to do it unless i return the item and rebuy it again with the new price they have now ! And when i decided to return the item they refused to do it without having the card i had when i bought it which was my husband’s! I asked them if i can add the card to my apple pay and use it to refund and they said yes . I called my husband’s and added his card to my apple pay and when i used it they refused the transaction because the card number is not the same which is normal when u use apple pay! It’s a protection mechanism from apple pay they don’t show the dame card number in all transactions done by apple pay ! The manager didn’t bother to help. She was only talking to her employee without saying a word to me!!! I thought Victoria Secrets will hire a manager who cares for the customer service and at least knows how apple pay works before she starts to waste time of customers! They kept me waiting for more than one hour for nothing . This is the last time i go there ! Worst customer service i ever had !

The lady that attended to me was very courteous and helpful. The price of the bra I got was really affordable. $95 at The Bay $25 at Pink

Horrible service (if I should even call it service). I asked an employee for help to find my size and she did not even try to help me and eventually slowly walked away. Once I found my size on my own I went to the changing room and none of the bras fit properly. I asked for help from a different employee and her response to my fitting issue was to bring me other bras which were not at all what I was looking for. After stating this, her very rude response was our service is to not just bring you bras back and forth

It is a lot to process trying to walk in here and find anything. They were well organized by size but the items were poorly organized by design. There are various rooms all with a different color scheme that I personally found really distracting. Also all of the models in the pictures looked like teenagers and the pink" section really seemed to be tailored towards teens which just seems weird as a business practice though that is obviously a corporate thing and not specific to this store."

My wife has some needs ( as well do I...) Nice choice of those little things , that make our wives The Woman to keep close" with her collection of beloved little pieces of tissue

It's the best store to shop but a bit pricey

Customer service is lacking over there. The girl at the counter was very condescending and impatient. If you’re giving a customer a gift card without them asking for one, take your time to explain the specifics and not act as if the customer should’ve known already.
