I haven't been to a Chapters in quite awhile. I love the selection of books of course but also love that little treasures you can find with puzzles and Lego and other neat hobbies. Super friendly staff and well organized. I'm just sad they are phasing out the book find computer system. Was nice if you wanted privacy for self help material and were shy of asking. Overall very pleasant shop.

Manager was rude to me when I brought back a recalled mug. She was making comments not to me but her to staff, like I wasn’t there… saying she wouldn’t bring her cups back and didn’t want to argue with anyone. I wasn’t arguing. Rudeness. I did say when I called earlier, a staff member did she that the particular mug I had was recalled. Anyways, won’t go back there. No wonder Starbucks left lol

I always enjoy a chapters visit. The one on Lansdowne has a Starbucks. It's nice to grab a coffee and look at books. Or just look at books and that Café aroma. Chapters can be expensive though. Good experiences overall.

Great store with lots of variety and friendly staff. Unfortunately, there is a person living outside of this location in a tent. This has been attracting a lot of drug activity to the area and has caused garbage to litter the outside of the store. Avoid going, and I would highly recommend not taking your children to this location.

Nice and clean store but it's selection is mostly classics and best sellers. They rarely have the books I go in to look for. If they do they are always so much more than online retailers I can't justify paying the extra. Always long longs during the holiday season so expect to wait a while if shopping in December. They staff are incredibly friendly and the magazine selection is quite good.

Their software/systems are down and they were amazing. Everyone I saw remained calm and handled the situation very well given it disrupted their normal procedures. Clear communication at every step. I had a lovely woman in a purple shirt who checked me out and was so sweet and kind to me all while handling this obstacle with grace and efficiency. Can’t say I’d handle this situation the same! Incredible staff and teamwork

Great book store - that part would get a 5 star - but to be fair, the online shop front leaves much to be desired. Painful online purchase platform that leaves the buyer nothing but frustrated. As the consumers first interaction, the website should be optimized and firing on all cylinders. Alas, it looks and feels as though corporate doesn’t want to invest! Not a great impression of your business if you can’t online right. Would have been a 5 star, demoted to a 3 for poor online offering.Store staff rock. Keep up the good work.

One of my favorite stores to go into at any time. I love there audio books as I enjoy hearing stories while driving. Always the latest releases in abundance. Discount books and special gift areas are always different. I Love Chapters.

So we decided to head to Chapter's after church today. It wasn't busy at all. A really nice, calm sort of atmosphere to browse in. I could have stayed for hours, except started to get hungry! The fellow at the cash register was pleasant and spoke of how he loves his job and how his coworkers are awesome. Nice end to a pleasant visit!
