From the initial assessment to execution of the work for bat entry points. I have a very large house and my main problem is the frieze board gaps at the stone veneer, also have several roof details that could be access points. I am impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of all members of the Team. Arrived with lots of manpower on day of work, they know what to look for and worked safe and clean.

We used this company to remove birds/a squirrel that were living in an exhaust vent. The technicians did a great job of getting the work done quickly and communicating the issues to us. We had a second bird nest that could not be taken care of but they were helpful in explaining the problem and suggesting how we can fix it. I really appreciated that they took videos so that we could see exactly what the issues were. I'm not sure how the price compares to other services but they did a great job, they cleaned up thoroughly, and we were comfortable knowing they were trained to do the work safely.

I worked here for just over a year, I had a great time. I learned alot about wildlife. I also learned some life long skills like attic health, dry wall fixes, soffit installation, wall vents and much more.I highly recommend a job at skedaddle.

We were hearing noises from our attic and contacted Skedaddle for an inspection. Brett arrived the next day and after performing an inspection on our attic, he informed us that we have a racoon living in the attic. He was very nice and professional and he walked me though the process. 45 minutes later he sent me via email a detailed quote with all Skedaddle recommended and suggested services. I called to their office to set an appointment. Next day at 8:00 AM Anton and Kyle showed up on my door to perform the job. Anton explained to me their work plan and they proceeded right away with their tasks. They were very careful with housekeeping rules and completed same day the racoon removal as well as fixing all potential pest entries to my attic. They installed a temporary one way door for the racoon as well for squirrels. He explained to me that in two weeks, they will come back to remove the gate and finishing covering the access used by the racoon to get on my attic. I was worried that if a bird found a place to nest, then bats or squirrels could also get in. Skedaddle made an appointment for the next day. Thursday, however, was the day of the ice storm. Skedaddle called first thing and we both agreed that we didn’t want anyone on a two storey ladder in the rain. Skedaddle rebooked for the next morning. On Friday at 9:30, Brandon called to say he was 20-30 minutes away.He arrived on time, listened to my concern, examined the area, and found the opening. He checked that there was no bird in the roof at the time, and then filled and sealed the area.When Brandon was ready to leave, I asked about the bill. He said there was no bill. It was a small job. James arrived and was super knowledgeable, friendly and asked great questions. He gave good advice on the issues we were having and was flexible where we asked him to be. Once we accepted the quote, his repair team was there the next day and equally professional, prompt and did a great job. Bats be gone.

Extremely impressed and happy with the service received. The response was quick. Joe went above and beyond. Dustin and Bethany were fabulous. The service is not just removing the wildlife in a safe manner for the critters, but also repairing any damage caused by them and installing preventative measures so they can’t get back in. This team was thorough, respectful to the critters and my home, explained everything and they were just plain nice. It’s not too often you get this level of service and I would highly recommend them.
