Tip Top Auto Body

Hit a dear this morning and Tip Top took care of everything so quickly. We already have a tow, rental and repairs all sorted out. They will work with the insurer so we don’t have any stress related to the repair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Was rear-ended very badly causing me to hit the person in front - my car was beat up pretty badly. Tip Top took care of everything for me. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys :) My Santa Fe is perfect again.

I recently experienced a car crash and thank heavens Dave was there when the accident occurred. He helped me with the process, he was patient and considerate, and he made sure that I had everything properly done. He came by the next day at the collision centre and ensured that everything was in order. I highly recommend this business for anything vehicle related. Thank you again for your assistance.

These guys repaired my aunt's car a few months ago through insurance. It was a yellow Hyundai Accent. The paint job didn't match correctly. And now I noticed the tire that was replaced isn't a winter tire like the rest that were on it, but an all season! What a bunch of hacks

I got into an accident with my family a month ago. They took the stress of dealing with the insurance company and rental company for me. It was great not had to worry about my car being fixed. The staff were professional and even got me a rental that I wanted. Great job. They also recommended a great place to go for physio, upper James Wellness.

I was approached at a drive-thru ATM by a gentleman who said his name was Micky. He noticed the extensive damage that I had to the front passenger side of my truck and handed me a wad of business cards and said call me. I explained there was already a claim that was put through the insurance and we were sent to another body shop, but we were just waiting on parts to come in (at this point we had been waiting almost 1 1/2 months with the other body shop because the parts were delayed due to ‘covid’). He said that wasn’t a problem and he’d handle the insurance company as well. I called, my boyfriend called, we both called for about 2 weeks straight before I called in and and spoke with a lovely female receptionist and said what’s going on, why is Micky not calling us back. That same day some other gentleman in the shop called back and said to send the VIN and pictures of the damage to Micky’s personal phone to see how long it would take to get the parts needed from Toyota. Until today we are still waiting for a call back (“because we deal directly with red hill Toyota” is what they said so they gave us the impression we could get parts right away). We got all excited thinking Tip Top would take over and we’d finally have our truck fixed since we had already been waiting so long but it turns out I guess they don’t want business. Don’t be approaching people that are just going about their day and throw business cards at them if you’re not going to provide them service and ignore them! Very unprofessional! If this is the service we received prior to getting our truck in I could just imagine what it would be like if it actually went in for repairs. Glad we dodged that bullet.

Larry helped me get my car all back to mint condition. My car had extensive damage to my passenger side and you can’t even tell anymore ! It looks brand new and the colour match is phenomenal!

Larry was AMAZING!! He had me in a rental with all paper work done in less than an hour!! He pulled up behind me at a stop light and handed me a card.. we went back to the shop and had everything done so quick and painless!!! I am FOREVER THANKFUL!!! He treated us like family!! He is truly amazing!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!

Great service. The owner is extremely nice, and they do a good job on their repairs. The office definitely needs to be cleaned though.
