Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting a phone plan! Zack and everyone there were so helpful and friendly!All I can say is that they knew what they were doing, making sure to also provide enough information for me to understand! And hooking me up with the best dealsEVER!!! Thank you Zach for all your help and patience! Especially with the little technical difficulty at the end! Honestly, the best customer service ever! definitely will be bringing family and friends to get the best phone deals/plans here!

WOW mobile has the best deals but what makes them different is they have the best customer service out there! Shubham was very helpful in finding us the best deal. He made sure that we were happy with the purchase. Shubham and Nick were both very personal, and professional through the whole process. We will be coming back as well as sending others there for there mobile purchases!

Was looking for a service provider but ended up in the capable hands of Dakota Martai. I'm sooooo glad I did. He was clear and concise, explained everything in great detail when warranted and I walked out with a new phone and amazing store credits. Hands down - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN THE MALL. These guys are great!! Shubham helped me get the best plan possible. He provided me with different plans and information on the different phones I was interested in. He and Nick were absolutely incredible in answering all my questions. They made sure I was absolutely happy and certain with the choice I made and worked really hard on getting the right phone for me. When I went to pick up my phone a couple days later, they both were excited for me to get my phone. And Zack also helped me get my phone all set up with accessories. Zack also helped my friend get a new phone/plan and was very patient during the whole process, even when there was technical difficulties outside of his control. Thanks guys for making this such a great experience! Will definitely be back, and will recommend all my friends and family to come to you in the future.

Got great service from Ahmed, new phone, much better plan to top it off, he knows what he's doing! Very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable; will explain anything you need to know.All the staff I've encountered there are great too.Highly recommend!
