Bikini Village Tsawwassen Mills

I spent a portion of my day looking around the mall for swim shorts when I was recommended Bikini Village. As soon as I came in I understood why, the store manager who I later found out was named Lisa, leads a very welcoming store. She explained all of the applicable sales to what I was looking for. I found some really cute pineapple shorts, for which we shared the same enthusiasm. From start to finish, it was one of the most genuine interactions I've had in a store for a long time. Lots of laughs, an enormous smile and a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. I was treated like a person or a friend and not a sale and the more stores I go into, the more I appreciate staff like Lisa.

I don’t write reviews unless I see the service is spectacular. Sophia was amazing showing me their new collection of tank tops and swim shorts. Had a great customer experience and felt welcomed with a great smile. Not sure if that lady below shopped at the same place that gave a 1 star… think she’s hating the team for personal reasons?. I went there last week and was helped by Lisa who did a fantastic job. She was helpful and pleasant about my choices but when they weren’t working, she gently guided me to what would look good on my body type. So grateful! I felt like I had a personal shopper. Will definitely go back.

I just received outstanding customer service from the manager Sophie. She brought me the exact style and fit and price range bathing suits I was looking for. Instead of leaving with one bathing suit I left with 3 just because of her fast efficient service. I wish I would get this kind of service in every store I visit! Thank you so much Sophie.

Went in to buy a bikini that i saw before and that I just wanted to pick up. After I left the Store I noticed that they didn't apply the 25% off promotion that they had advertised at the entrance of the Store. I went back in to let the girl know. She said that they don't have that promotion right now and I told her that there is a big sign right by the door and that was the only reason why I came in. She checked the front of the Store and noticed that there was the sign. She told me that she forgot to take down the sign and that the promotion ended the day before.I told her that this is wrong advertisement and that they have to honor it and that I would like to talk to the manager. The entire time I was standing in the Store I saw all their staff members standing in the back and looking and whispering to each other. The manager finally came and she told me as well that they forgot to take the sign down and that there is nothing she can do about it...I worked as a retail Manager for 7 years and I know that a Manager can always override the system for those issues or also damaged merchandise. She told me that the computer would not allow her to do so...The entire experience about that incident was just absolutely unprofessional especially from their Manager.She did absolutely nothing to solve this issue. Even their customer service hotline I called agreed that she would have been able to override the system and that she actually had to honor this promotion because it was advertised in their Store! I would recommend to train your staff better... especially management. Zero customer service.

Hugely disappointed by the service or lack there of...bathing suit shopping is extremely hard for women. Today I asked for some help in getting a tankini...2 women were working in the store and one pointed me in a direction...I was then left to my own search while they talked...2 women working and only me in the store looking for a suit...what the heck has happened to customer service!!! Needless to say I walked out without a suit and nobody cared. I live locally and now I'll be driving elsewhere to get a suit at any other store but Bikini Village...you may have been busy with each other, but it only takes a sec to check on someone or better yet, let them know you'll be there as soon as you can...I get better service from Costco and Amazon~

Best place to buy swimwear. I don't like super revealing swimwear but this store has something for everyone. My best place for summer beach shopping. My daughter loves their stuff.
