The Furniture Solution

I called this outfit (The Furniture Solution), around 2:30pm to get an estimate for refinishing our dining room set (table, 8 chairs, buffet/hutch, 1 coffee table and 2 side tables). Someone by the name of Shawn picked-up the phone, and asked a few questions as to what needed to be repaired and refinished. I described the above items, and mentioned that we need these to be stained in a darker color. Shawn said, he was busy when I called, and requested if he could call me around 5:00pm on the same day, and that he would need to visit and see the furniture pieces. He even repeated the cell # I was calling from. I said fine, and looked forward to discussing the project in detail, and for his visit to our home for a more realistic estimate.Shawn has never called back, neither has said that they may or may not be able to do the project we have in mind. Truly not responsive" and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed

Went here for a satisfactory experience, came out with a smile on my face and my furniture looking brand new. thank you so much.
