They are a scam agency. Never trust a talent agency if they charge you upfront or anytime. They should only make money if you do. They also stop offering jobs if decline jobs. For an example, I declined maybe one job because I didn't agree with the contents and I have recived a word from them for almost two years. They did send a bill though which I am not paying.

The worst customer service EVER! A lady that I had an interview with named Charmaine was extremely rude to me & my kids! It was my first time meeting with her & she was so obnoxious, stuck up & fussy! Honestly, I can't believe she still works there, no one like that should be working with kids!
