A/Z Mountain Adventures

This was such a fun experience! We had a few hiccups in the beginning of the ride (2 of the horses were just not In the mood for a ride). Our guide handled everything with ease. He took us on a different trail and even gave us an extra half hour for the trouble. It was beautiful, such an amazing time. Definitely book a ride if your in the area.

Fun loving, friendly staff! Brave and sure-footed horses. Delicious hot meals and cozy cabins! Put this adventure on your bucket list!

Nivel place!!

Highly recommend this trail ride company! My kids (11 and 7) and I loved our hour ride through the trees, meadows and even across a creek! The staff (Jess, Carter and Ryan) were so friendly and professional. Carter, our guide, chatted way with my seven-year-old son who at first was nervous to ride a big horse, but thanks to him, had a very positive first experience riding! The staff was also very COVID aware and followed safe distancing and cleanliness.

My 9 year old daughter and I did the skyline trip this week. Our guides, Shelbey and Mandy were incredible! My daughter got a little nervous at first and Mandy hopped off, reassured her, walked with her and went so far above and beyond to make sure she was good. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the horses were so kind, mine was Pal and he had the most gentle eyes. We weaved through forests, meadows and across streams. We filled our water bottles up from the glacier water. Stopped for lunch by a waterfall. They said the view for lunch is not the best but I have to disagree. While it was a little hard to see the waterfall up close, you were literally surrounded by mountains. There couldn’t have been a better view. We highly highly recommend this day trip. It was one my daughter and I will always remember.

Our guide Olivia was a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable handler who had a clear love for the animals and wilderness. What a pleasure to share a guided ride with the crew at A Bar Z. Thanks for your hard work all year long!

We took the 1hr tour from the Fairmont location, the staff are super friendly and made it a nice introduction to trail riding. A nice little excursion for families, we took 2 children 9&11 and it was no problem at all. Thanks!!
