Hillcrest Service

I was first helped by Hillcrest after a roadside mishap; CAA sent them to tow my car, and they got it back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Friendly, honest, and efficient, I've gone back to them ever since. I have never felt pushed to a repair that wasn't required, and they're generous with their service-- not charging for the tiny little fixes that other garages have dinged me for in the past. How great it is to find a business that operates with their level of integrity! (And sometimes a floppy puppy greets you at the door, so there's THAT!)

Good prices. I've used them for tire related work only and haven't had any issues with that.Edit: 5 years going here , still no issues. Pleasantly surprised.Edit: 7 years using their services and whoever they have working at the service desk is terrible. No idea what she is talking about. I cringed listening to my wife on the phone with her. Docked 2 stars due to the retrograde in service.

I have been a customer of Hillcrest for over 20 years. In that time I have purchased 4 vehicles there and had all serviced there. Mike and his staff have always treated me friendly and fairly. I have consistently received great customer service. From oil changes to winter tire storage to major mechanical repairs I have at all times received value for my money.

Vehicle was making alarming rattling noises and shaking when I was on my way to pick up my child from day camp, so I quickly pulled over into Hillcrest’s parking lot, and told reception of my concerns. I assumed they would book it for service in the next few days so I called my husband to pick up our child and come get me. Instead Lincoln immediately took it for a quick test drive to check out the issue, and found my lug nuts were incredibly loose, so much so I was about to lose a tire! He tightened them up and told us to come back in the next few days to make sure they were still good. They wouldn’t accept payment for this either…. Incredible care and service… so thankful to Hillcrest for making my vehicle road-safe again so quickly! Highly recommend.

I phoned CAA for roadside assistance and they sent Eric, a Hillcrest representative. He was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. If garage service is as good as road-side service, I would definitely consider a repair or purchase from Hillcrest Auto Service. I will be checking them out as Eric represented Hillcrest with distinction.

I have trusted Hillcrest Service exclusively for at least 15 years. The service my vehicle and I have bought 2 vehicles there. Most recently I purchased a Mazda CX3 last week. I trust them...they are professional and yet seem like part of my family! I appreciate the whole experience in dealing with them! Thanks for taking such good care of my vehicles and me!!!

During one of the worst storms of the year, white outs and snow drifts Hillcrest provided amazing service, quick and friendly to get everyone home safe!
