I have no idea how this man called Tony is still in business. I will report him and possibly sue him to get my money back. I hired him to repair my dryer, and it took him a couple of days to arrive. Secondly, he installed a cheap heating element from Amazon in my dryer.The heating element lasted for only two months.I called him back and he informed me that he is taking some time off and will be unable to visit me for two weekSomeone else was hired to repair the dryer, and they informed me that the heating element was of the lowest quality, which costs $30 to $40, but he charged me $350.Two weeks later, he calls I informed him over the phone that I had already hired someone to fix the dryer because I could not wait 20 days for my drive to be repaired.I asked him if he offers a warranty on his work, but he started to dodged the question but than he said NO he doesn'tofferwarranty.I then confronted him about installing a subpar heating element in my dryer. He immediately became extremely defensive, began yelling, and stated that he is a professional, that I know nothing, and that I am accusing him. He kept mumbling that he was a professional, but hung up on me two seconds later.I called him back but he wouldn't answer, so I texted him and he replied, I don't want to talk to you

He was fast professional and very polite and the machine is now running great

scammed our family out of 300+ dollars, collected money to fix our fridge/freezer, had us pay BEFORE he fixed it and was unable to fix it and then refused to give the money back. would give 0 stars if possible. would not recommend

Scammer!! Do not hire Roberto!!!! This man does not know what he is doing. Scammed my parents out of $300, and didn’t fix anything. Refused to give them a refund.

Excellent service, always find what's wrong, prompt in repairing, and honest when we should consider buying new instead of multiple repairs on old appliances. Will continue to be our first call for anything appliance related!

No one should ever contact this guy! I repeat DO NOT!!! Roberto is so shady. Dude came to fix our fridge for 300$ and it stopped working the next day and then called him again. He assessed for like 2 seconds for 85$ and says we have to pay 300$ for another part. We were like hell no, not doing this anymore and we asked for a refund. Dude decides to call the cops on us saying we harassed/assaulted him. Thank goodness, we were recording and the cops saw everything and no charges. But still he hasn’t refunded back. Terrible terrible encounter with this guy!! He’s really the worst.

It's nice to have a kind person fix something by actually repairing it instead of just changing expensive parts. My wash was plugged, it just needed a baby sock pulled out. He is a busy guy, so you may need to wait but it was worth it.
