Jardins de Métis / Reford Gardens

My favorite garden to visit when I travel to Gaspé. Well organized garden and interesting exposition.

Visited in the evening and had the gardens almost entirely to myself - the grounds are enchanting and beautifully curated, not to mention the gorgeous scenery that the art exhibit overlooks

It’s such a beautiful place. The flowers and trees are just beautiful. If you go there, make sure you stop at the restaurant and enjoy the incredible menu they have there. By far this is where we have the most amazing food and drinks. Words cannot describe how good the food were.

A decent garden for a nice walk. Went in summer and could not find much variety of flowers. Maybe not the best time to visit. But there are some beautiful spots inside for a picnic. Be careful of mosquitoes here. There are a lot of them. A mosquito repellent cream is a must when you visit here.

This place we visited two times! I always love it! Best place to with family!

Had a brief tour through the gardens and zests an Manor house. Beautiful specimens in the gardens. Needed more than an hour to really see the grounds. It’s worthwhile stopping for a quiet reprieve from the busy of day to day.

Beautiful garden and structures made by artists from all over the world. Makes you travel through theme gardens from the azalea, to the royal alley and forest areas, all accessible by wheel chair which are also available to rent when you come for a visit if need be. Restaurant has a good menu and plenty of places on site to sit and meditate or contemplate. Would definetly recommend the detour followed by a drive in the village de metis. Takes approx leisurely 2 hours to explore the gardens and installations for interactive activities.

A beautiful English style garden with a huge variety of plants and flowering perennials, where even children can explore and enjoy a two-hour visit. The international garden festival installations were very imaginative and interactive. Highly recommend a leisure visit.
