Can't access atm after hours. Nfc reader and chip reader won't open the door. Nice one access cu, don't advertise atm if you don't offer it

Horrible member service, randomly make up nonsense rules to cover for their personal and professional biases, if you are not rich or “piss off” the wrong person, they do very shady stuff.

Your staff @ Pembina branch allowed a police officer who is my nephew into my safety deposit box illegally! He stole a piece of evidence against him. He used his grandfather's POA toGain Access to my box. Yous were scammed by this officer.I want his name to file a complaint to the Professtonal Standards unit oof the Wpg police force!

Incompetent staff at many points of contact. Called back and CU had no idea who to transfer me to or who wrote the reply. I am not surprised
