Outstanding customer service, I took my lap top there after being told it was garbage by 2nd Floor Computers" and they fixed it right up after I explained to them what the issue was. They listened to me and were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend that if you need anything done with your computers you take it to them

Alyssa at Electro Tel is fantastic. Her knowledge of Telus plans and devices is second to none. She helped me with all my questions with a kind , respectful, positive attitude, and stayed after they closed for a few minutes to help me out. I highly recommend Electro Tel. Great service , great people shop local.

I am looking for a new IT place and saw good things about Nutec. However, when I went to their website they have posted pages with the development instructions still visible: description goes here" and "button title". If that is their standard of work on their own behalf

Rebecca was amazing to deal with! She made a point of trying to get my contacts and such merged over to a new phone, as if it were the last thing she did. Unfortunately, we ran into some snags while on site with a phone that was wrecked. Fortunately, I managed to recover at least my contacts once I backdoored my way in. Still, a kudos is necessary for the effort!

I was from out of town and had to get work done on my vehicle. Staff went above and beyond and me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure visiting them. I would drive the 1 1/2 hours out of my way just to use them again.

Internet is nice and fast. But the most annoying part is it will cut out everyweek for basically a whole day sometimes more. This is terrible for people who might be working from home. So paying the little extra for this company might not be the best.
