I love this store. Debbie is the best. I took my Viszla there when we got her at 10 weeks to fit her with a collar and leash. Debbie was so good with her. We have been shopping there now for 9 years and Debbie always has a treat for Roxy and great recommendations. Roxy loves her shopping trips to Pet Value!

The most amazing crew ever! The treatment and service is incredible. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Marie, Corinn and Laura, to name a few (I can't remember all their names) treat my pets like their own every time we come to the store. Highly recommended

I got an appointment for cat grooming from this place. Honestly, it was the worst one my cat has given so far. I paid $113 for the service and at the end, the haircut looked very weird and uneven, and they didn’t even shower my cat. You can imagine how my clothes and place look like now, filled with my cat’s hair!

We took our dog for teeth cleaning at their location and everyone was very attentive and nice! Our dogs teeth took about one hour to be cleaned and look so wonderful! We are very happy for their service and their recommendations for the future for the teeth cleaning!:) thank you Petvalu for having experts at your store that help our k9's!

Just wanted to share the best experience I had at the Pet Valu on Henderson Drive. The store was packed with great stuff and the staff are amazing so knowledgeable and caring. They gave us some amazing tips that are working. 100% recommend you visit this store you will love it!!

Always friendly, helpful staff. My dog has so many food allergies and they spent so much time checking products to help me find what we need. Love the pet charity work they do too!
