One employee seems to prefer letting people tweak out inside the store while the rest of us needing a quick transaction stand outside endlessly, this has happened multiple times. This time the homeless" woman standing inside for no apparent reason stepped outside to let me in. Seriously hate that this is the nearest gas station to my home. Another time recently there was a line up of 4 people while some dude weirdly scratched lottery tickets for over 10 minutes. I know the employees aren't making enough to care but yeesh. Terrible management."

Ok...PiuAUL HAVAS, your review is nothing but negative and false more...i use this gas station every day AT ALL HOURS as I love the staff everyone who works there is.kind and courteous and never once have I seen prostitution going on there I see that in Victoria Rd drug addicts are.not just there they are everywhere and I'm sure you have some.sort of addicts it's not nice to point and label ppl it's rude and immature and for that th should be ashamed cause drug addicts are ppl with feelingslike anto Be of use who have two feet and a heartbeat.....please ppl don't.listen to.Paul he takes to much shot you can smell his breath through the 3phne or monitor....and personally im there all hours of the day and night and I've never seen anything that is scary or offensive or never have I felt unsafe there....oh THEY CARRY MARINE GAS NOT.MANY STATIONS CARRY MARINE GAS ANYMORE and I think for some reason they maybe rhe only station in town that does if not please do tell.....anyway thanks she'll for.your hospitality very much grateful and thankful for yoyr services!!!

As I was pumping gas, I saw a lady injecting something into her arm just outside the shell. Not a pleasant area of town. Just awful.

Worst customer service! Red haired lady treats customers awful! Delivery and representation of this business with this woman working here is sadly poor and embarrassing! I asked for her name either stephanie or tiffany? ask her nicely for the managers contact information and she refused to give me the information then asked me to leave going as far as calling the police and making other customers wait outside because of her behavior. As a business owner myself this woman would of been fired on the spot! I wouldn’t even consider retraining her! Imagine the financial loss this business is incurring because of her poor customer service and delivery! Lady you will never get anywhere in life being a rude and ignorant! But then again that’s why you work for minimum wage!

These guys are doing everything they can to provide good service in a very sketchy area of town. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. One thing I do like about this place is that they do not accept tap. This prevents anyone from using stolen credit or debit cards. I think many businesses should take note of this. Especially in the downtown area where the homeless and the thieves congregate.

Friendly staff, clean in both the lot and store interior. Smaller store, but easy to navigate and find the snacks you are craving.

The most expensive gas station in Nanaimo with no bathroom and a stinky store.

Can we make the hours of operation prevalent ?

Small not a lot of selection for drinks and snacks but it is good if your in a rush I guess. Staff are very friendly to interact with.
