We completed the jungle themed escape room, which we really enjoyed. The host was welcoming, the puzzles were challenging without being scary. We were a group of adults and really enjoyed it, but it would also be appropriate for groups with children. We'll be back next time we visit Kingston.

Played the Mayan Temple and loved it! Would definitely recommend it! The lady who was at the desk was lovely and gave us a couple extra mins because we were close at the end. The room was also very interactive, which made it more fun and engaging. The only downfall was I had a gift certificate, which wasn't the easiest way to book the room ( I couldn't do it online), so I suggest booking it online instead of buying someone a gift certificate. The online booking also offered us a 5% off coupon, which the man I spoke to on the phone said he couldn't put through because it didn't exist (although I got the email directly from improbable escapes).

The experience inside the escape room was great. The decor in the lobby has vanished, though. It felt like we were standing in an abandoned building until our game began.

We took our teenaged kids, and had a wonderful experience. We did the coroner's report room, and it was a challenge. We had a great time and can't stop talking about it. I would strongly recommend this experience to anyone. Staff are friendly and enagaged.

I've done a lot of escape rooms, and this one is the best one so far! So much thought went into the room sets, props and puzzles, keeping the theme. There were 7 of us, and we were thoroughly immersed and entertained until the very end. Well done Improbable Escapes Wonderland!

Awesome experience! We were a group of 8 and we did the Tri-Wizarding Trails. 3 rooms within one! The puzzles are complex and extremely entertaining! Loved the whole hour we were in there for. Definitely recommended!

It was satisfying that we had enough time to succeed and finish the station and that they were as many clues as we needed to make that happen (I think we had five or six clues). From past experience I know that for me i's very unsatisfying to not complete the game, and it's too expensive to come back and do it again just for the end when you've already done most of it. Perhaps having failed makes it more exciting when you do complete it, but you could still give people a bit of extra time to complete it and just tell them they officially didn't win because they went overtime. Perhaps there could be a half an hour leeway for people going overtime. I really don't think that having people not complete at all is a good option. One last thing I would suggest is if it could be made less expensive that would be fantastic because then we could afford to do it more often.

Did one of the puzzles for Mother's Day with our 5 year old grandson. We all had a lot of fun and came really close to finishing
