If you are looking for a reliable home inspector who performs by the book, Dave is your man. He was able to accommodate my request on a short notice, showed up on time and was extremely meticulous. After spending hours going through every nook and cranny he went over every detail with me one by one and provided some personal opinion and expertise based on his experience. To top it all off sent me a thorough and professional electronic report with photos within minutes of finishing the inspection and was then available by phone to answer my follow up questions. What else do I need from a home inspector?

Island Home Inspection was Fantastic!! We were really worried because we were purchasing a home from out of town and unable to attend an inspection. We found them on Google and were so happy that they worked out so well. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process flawlessly. The report we received was very thorough and easy to follow. Dave took us through the report and answered all of our questions and followed up on all of our concerns with the house. I have known Dave for a long time and never seen him in action on the job, when I had a issue he was the logical guy to call. He came over jumped on the roof and looked at the issue, told me exactly where it originated and the best course of action to repair it, which I then had done the next day!!!
