Great service and reasonable prices. Staff called ahead to make sure we knew the address and explained where to park. They suggested returning the vehicle before 7 pm to use in-person service instead of after hours automated return. We were very happy with them! Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Went to other location to rent a van and they did not have any. I asked if they could check other locations and they said no. I called this location and they did not have one and offered to check other locations without me even asking. They were wonderful and found me a van :)

I feel like either nobody works here or they are allergic to answering the phone. There is NO WAY to deal with the location directly you are always patched through to someone in the USA that can't help. BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Facility is clean with lots of security. I have rented their box vans trucks a few times now. Had less than 2,500 Km on one van. They were easy to drive and I got great mileage.The staff are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. This is a well run business.
