Having employed tree services in the past, Reg definitely surpassed the others in several ways including arriving on time for initial consultation, arriving on scheduled day to commence the work and remaining daily on site until work was completed.Pruning evergreens, deciduous and fruit trees, felling a large cedar plus two other trees, at all times the work was carried out professionally, tidily, and cleaned up as he progressed. I was able to choose heights, shapes and finished profiles of the selected work and was extremely pleased with the final result, as well as the cost. Reg remained true to his initial quote even though I am sure that I requested a few extras!Definitely the best arborist that I have encountered and one whom I highly recommend.

Reg did a very good job removing a huge arbutus tree from our front yard. Careful, efficient, very professional. Reasonable rates. We will be using him again as needed.

We had invasive ivy growing all the way up a tall tree in front of our house, and it was attracting black flies and wasps in the fall. We tried our best to remove the ivy, but it had grown into the tree trunk itself, and it was difficult to remove. Reg was kind enough to come help us remove the ivy even though it was a tedious job. The site was left very clean, and we could not be happier with the result. All the ivy is gone!Our house was undergoing renovations, and Reg worked it out with our contractor to make sure he didn't get in the way. He is very professional and skillful. I would not hesitate to recommend RC Tree Service.

Reg Coates did a wonderful job cutting down our 65 ft Deodora cedar and a pine tree. He was very professional, careful with all the plants in our garden & everything was nicely cleaned up afterwards. How he climbs that high I'll never know! His price was very reasonable as well. We would recommend his work to anyone.

A total professional, Reg really knows his stuff when it comes to tree services. He did an extremely thorough and very tidy job removing a diseased oak tree from our yard. Stump levelled right to the ground, and the yard looked cleaner after he left, than when he arrived. Highly recommend!!
