Savannah was our server. She was awesome. Knows her stuff and has a great sense of humour. Fries were ok, could have been hotter. Prices were to be half price wings but was actually 7 dollar off.

Ordered from DoorDash for a special valentines dinner, and only received half my order. You can’t contact the restaurant either to find out what happened, as the phone number listed says not available and voicemail full if you try to call.Portion sizes have gone down, and taste levels lacking like they used to be.

Being from out of town I have been here for 3 weeks for training. Staying at the Fort Garry Hotel. Meals are provided by the company through the Tavern United and at Altos on the weekends. Altos has great service always!!! The tavern well thats another story. Multiple times a week, we have waited well over an hour, and not one waiter/waitress has come to talk to us!! Some of the absolute worst service I have seen!!! I get we don't pay for our meals!! But we still buy drinks and will tip if the service is good!! But if we can't ever get a drink in under an hour, why would we tip? lol. I get some nights there busy, but the funny thing is we get the worst service or no service when the place is dead!!! Reserved a table for Saturday ufc (should have known better) waited over an 1 1/2 hrs again. No one came to ask if we wanted a drink or anything!! We.left needless to say!! Can't sell drinks if you don't get off your phones and laptops to ask customers if they would like one!!!

I don't know what they sent me but it wasn't what I ordered and it was terrible. This was supposed to be barbecue ribs with chicken wings and coleslaw. This is just a gray lump of meat with a funny taste, and some half cooked carrots shoved underneath. The deep fried cream cheese cake is just Betty Crocker cream cheese icing inside. I cant eat that, and am now feeling sick.Tried to call the restaurant to rectify it, but they won't answer and the mailbox is full. This is concerning.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Food is half decent. Although takes over an hour to order for take out on a weekday. Horrible service. Everyone was told 20 minutes and waited over an hour. Food was cold when it came out

Just had a quick beer here before the celebrations show...the wait staff are so good at asking if people are going to the show...that way they don't order menu items which may not be ready in time..Very thoughtful and professional..They have a very very good menu at the tavern...I stop in occasionally to the one on Regent. As it's closer to my area .

The atmosphere is great, with a long menu with lots of options. Staff is welcoming and paying attention to the customers. I gave 4 stars because of the long waiting time and that kids meals didn't have fresh fruits or vegetables. It supposed to be must in the kids meals (all kinds).
