I see reviews saying they had great customer service however the customer service for us today (June 23/2022 @ 4pm (ish) was the pits. Was in store 40 mins and never once did the worker ask if we needed help with anything...had to use the bathroom and had to walk to a subway restaurant to use the bathroom after spending $500+ at their store....some people have bowel and or bladder problems and should NOT be refused use of a washroom. Was told they don't have a bathroom, I feel sorry for their workers if they have to go all day without using the bathroom.

Honestly some of the best service I've had in ages. The staff were super polite and helpful as always and after discussing a pair of pants I bought previously that had some issues, I was given a discount on a second part without a receipt or even asking. Blown away, if you're a tall person, do yourself a favor and shop here!!

Just had the best customer service experience with sales rep Ryan. He knew exactly what I wanted and was able to give me awesome deals as well on the formal wear I got for my wedding. I saved over $250.00 buying separate pieces rather then a full suit. Lots of sales on as they are clearing out their formal wear inventory for good. Thanks for making my day Ryan.

We were absolutely impressed with the exceptional customer service experience provided by Steve. He explained he is also retiring soon. He will be difficult to replace. He was able to help me find exactly what I needed and also carried on a relevant friendly conversation. He was relatable with my situation of hard to find clothes. Thank you Steve.

Very little stock in store, ridiculously expensive products and abysmal online shopping. A Amazon I shall go, at least they have affordable big and tall products with fantastic delivery and simple returns. The in store staff however are spectacular! Very friendly and professional, but I am not going in store to buy customer service.

They cater to big and tall which is a plus. Also they have a nice stock of inventory and great customer service. I've found some sale items at reasonable prices but most items are really expensive. My most recent purchase a dress shirt cost over $100. Still not a bad place to shop though when you can find some items on sale.

Very rarely do I post reviews for anywhere, but Mr. Big and Tall in Bayers Lake is an exception. Its rare to enter any store and actually feel like the staff want to be there, but from the moment I walked in there from the moment I checked out I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.The staff were amazing, were able to instantly answer any questions about the sizes, and had a quick system in place to find what is needed. Highly reccomend coming here rather then ordering online if you need specific size pants and shirts.
