Won’t honour the price of the product on the tag even though the description and the barcode numbers match. Then when you return they require all your personal information to do the return or they won’t return the item.

Was assisted on a large purchase by Josh (I believe a sales manager). He was super accommodating and went out of his way to help me! Super happy with my experience and dealing through him. When I come back I will always be asking for Josh! :)

Call the store and listen to an automated message but never have the opportunity to talk to some one in store. The store phone number gets you nowhere! Call the 1866 number and they refuse to provide me pricing for services. Absolute garbage service with zero respect for the customer. I mean, do you want my money?What a useless company

Great service received from Best Buy at this location, from Manager Curtis, and at customer service employee Dylan. Super Polite both of them, and knowledgeable. This place will be my main stop for electronics Etc, even if I live 1 1/2 hour drive. Thanks again Curtis and Dylan.

Had a great experience! Was approached right away by someone and while she couldn't help me, she immediately connected me with someone knowledgeable in the area. I went in with a difficult problem (blending old tech and new) and Connor was super patient and helpful, he even looked up different specs to make sure I had what I needed! Gave great suggestions worked out a solution. Thank you!

Had the worst customer service experience, I bought a portable A/C for full price and a week after the unit went on sale and I finally got a chance to make it back in for the 30 day price back guaranteed and they said they don’t up hold past sales within the 30 garunteed. I find baffling that a company will market price back and affordability but can’t back date and reference to their own sales. Called head office they were no help either waiting for a manager call back which can take 3 days apparently. This place is upsetting and needs to learn better customer service.
